My Story:
I've worn many hats over the years, from scuba diver instructor, to paramedic, to carpenter/contractor, to real estate investor, to coach and facilitator.
When my wife was pregnant with our first child, I was running a successful contracting business and building our family home.
I was also feeling deeply unfulfilled and feeling stuck.

I knew I couldn't be the father or partner I wanted to be if I let myself remain distracted and unfulfilled in the career path I was on. I made a bold commitment to never going back to carpentry/contracting after I finished building our family home.
It was at this junction in my life that I hired my first men's coach. He helped me to find the clarity and direction I needed to create a life filled with purpose, motivation, and drive. Through the powerful process of being coached, I knew I had found my next calling in being a coach and facilitator myself.

I did my coaching training through the Co-Active Training Institute, which is the largest coach training institutes in the world and one of the most reputable. I also completed their intensive 10 month leadership program in Sanoma, California and continue to grow with my cohort of leadership grads.

I've been heavily involved in the ManKind Project for the past 6 years as well as sitting on the MKP Board of Directors for B.C. for 5 years. I've participated in over 250 + men's circle, staffed New Warrior Trainings Adventures, and completed almost of of the ManKind Projects continuing trainings.

I love spending time outdoors, sailing, hiking, canoeing and camping. I live outside of Nelson, B.C. Canada with my wife Raelynn, son Noah, new daughter Amara, in the house I built our family.
